I believe that a home is much more than brick & mortar, wood and stone. A home also provides a strong feeling of security and serenity. It is a place where family and friends find acceptance and love.
When someone first decides to sell their property, they don’t need salesmanship, they need honesty. Honesty and current market information on which to base key decisions that will directly impact their next move and purchase.
Buying and selling a home is one of life’s most important decisions. It is one of the rare moments where stress and excitement blend together and often can cloud decision making. Therefore, the potential seller has to trust their realtor to share valuable information on what they need to know rather than what they want to hear.
Likewise, when purchasing a property, there should never be pressure to push a buyer in a direction they might regret later. My goal is to learn as much as possible about my client, then help them navigate the pros and cons of their house hunt, making certain I guide them to obtain a quality home at the best possible price.
For more than 20 years my husband and I have invested in real estate. Owning a wide variety of properties, while also providing management services, the value I bring as a Broker, Realtor, Investor and Manager serves my clients and their unique needs.
As a graduate of Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a degree in Special Education, I also enjoyed teaching a broad range of special needs students. Now my husband and I look forward to this next phase of building a real estate company that focuses on the client and potentially hand down to our family one day.
